Veterans Memorial Park Engraved Pavers

Paver Brick with Engraved Text
Honor your military service member, first responder, family, individual, or organization by purchasing an engraved paver. These pavers will be displayed in Veterans Memorial Park in three designated areas: military service, first responder, and other.

Please remember that the park is a solemn memorial to all who have served their country or their community. Prayer engraving should be in good taste and engraving requests will be reviewed before orders are processed. Any questions regarding the pavers can be directed to Leroy Ryerson, park committee chair, via email at veteransmemorialparkwhitehouse@gmail.com or telephone at 419-877-5765.

Paver sizes and costs are as follows:

1. 8"x4"x2" pavers, $150 each; 3 lines of engraving, 14 characters (letters, numbers, spaces, punctuation) per line.

2. 8"x8"x2" pavers, $250 each; 6 lines of engraving, 14 characters (letters, numbers, spaces, punctuation) per line.

In addition to these purchased pavers, there will be special mounted plaques acknowledging all those residents of the Anthony Wayne community who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their community and their country.

Download the paver form below and mail completed forms with payment to Destination Whitehouse Inc., P.O. Box 2570, Whitehouse, OH 43571. You may purchase as many bricks as you would like. Thank you for your support!
